New Age Contractors, LLP (NAC) is looking for Front Office Customer Service Representatives who are punctual, highly motivated and positive individual to serve on our team. This individual must possess: strong organizational, time management skills; high attention to and accuracy in detail; basic to proficient computer skills; the ability to troubleshoot; and excellent verbal communication skills. This individual must also be highly comfortable speaking with our current and prospective customers on the phone, both for inbound informational/troubleshooting calls. We train you on the telephone system, software and office equipment.
Hours of operation from 7am-7pm weekdays and 7am-12:30pm on Saturday.
Work week is Monday through Friday and every other Saturday as long as your weekly total of hours does not exceed 40 hours. If you would like the flexibility of time off during the week with 40-hr work week, this may be the job for you.
We are a great family-oriented company and offer entry level salary starting at $11.00 an hour and we are looking for individuals willing to start immediately. Opportunity for advancement and to become a permanent Team Member within the Company is encouraged. After 90-days employment, you qualify for insurance benefits through the NAC.
Dress Code is business casual.
