Crawl Space Repair in Ladson, SC

James I. of Ladson South Carolina noticed a strange smell in his house. He tried to pinpoint the smell but wasn't having any luck. He spoke with some friends, and they suggested that it might be coming from his crawl space. After searching on the web, he came across New Age Contractors and gave us a call in hopes that we would do an inspection and give an estimate to fix the problem.

 

One of our specialists, Steve Gaskins, was sent out to the home to perform an inspection. He then suggested that the fiberglass sub-floor and old vapor barrier needed to be removed and replaced.

 

After the work had been completed, James noticed that the smell was completely dissipated and he was delighted with NAC's work.
